Sir Roger de Clifford II was born in 1221.1   Sir Roger de Clifford II's father was Sir Roger de Clifford and his mother was Sibyl de Ewyas.  His paternal grandparents were Walter de Clifford II Baron Clifford and Agnes Lady of Cavenby de Condet; his maternal grandparents were Robert II de Ewyas Baron Herefordshire and Pernel (Petronilla) (de Ewyas). He had a half-brother named Robert II.  He died at the age of 64 in 1285.  He was buried about 1271 in Stole Culmington Manor from his widowed aunt (by marriage) Marared Clifford..1 1
