John Woodard Bardin 
John Woodard was born on September 7th, 1901 in Hinds County, Mississippi.1 John Woodard's father was Joseph Key Bardin and his mother was Eleanor Alexander. His paternal grandparents were Woodard Bardin and Martha Polly Gandy. He had four brothers and two sisters, named George Gattis, Jack Dudley, William Key, BabyBoyTwin, Eva Katherine and Evelyn. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Emmet Malvina, Alva Murray, Joseph Ethelbert, Theodocia, Clara Belle and Myrtie. He died at the age of 82 on November 8th, 1983 in Oak Grove, Louisiana.1 General Notes
