Wiley Pinckney Welch

Wiley Pinckney was born in 1813 in Mississippi.¹   Wiley Pinckney's father was James Welch and his mother was Frances UNKNOWN.  His paternal grandparents were James Welch and Margaret Wiley. He had three brothers named William, David and Jimmerson.  He was the second youngest of the four children. He had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named John George, Henry J, Franklin P., Isham B, Jessie B. and Parmelia Jane.
