Issac Welch 
Issac was born in November 1892.1 Issac's father was Wiley Franklin Welch and his mother was Martha Jane Pettit. His paternal grandparents were John George Welch and Celicia Elizabeth Sandifer. He had nine brothers and two sisters, named William Ransom, Ernest, John H., Mattie, Wiley Pat, Alton, Andrew Franklin, George, Ira Newton, Ollie May and Rose.-
