Colonel Charles Scott was born on April 19th, 1827. Colonel Charles Scott's father was Nathaniel Venable and his mother was Margaret Scott. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Venable and Elizabeth Woodson. He was an only child. He died at the age of 73 on August 11th, 1900.-
