Mildred Rootes Thornton 
Mildred Rootes was born on December 18th, 1773 in CAROLINE VA.1 Mildred Rootes' father was Anthony Thornton III and her mother was Mary Rootes(Rosewall). Her paternal grandparents were Anthony Thornton(Ormsby) II and Sarah Taliaferro. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Anthony, Philip, Lewis, John Rootes, Walker, Charles Taliaferro, Judith Presley, Mary Reade, Elizabeth Edmondson, Katherine Taliaferro and Lucy Dickson. She died at the age of 71 on April 20th, 1845 in CAROLINE VA.1 General Notes
