Laura Stuart Powell 
Laura Stuart was born on May 31st, 1859.1 Laura Stuart's father was John Simms Powell and her mother was Ellen Lee. Her maternal grandparents were Edmund Jennings Lee and Eliza Shepherd. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Cuthbert, Edmund Lee, Simms, Charles Lee, Katharine Simms, Eleanor Strode, Sally Lee and Eliza Shepherd.1 -
