Benjamin H. Marshall 
Benjamin H. was born in 1861. Benjamin H.'s father was Charles Alexander Marshall and his mother was Phoebe A. Paxton. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Marshall and Frances Maitland Kennon. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Captain W. L., James Paxton, Maria, Fannie, Lizzie, Lucy and Sallie. He was the youngest of the nine children.-
