Samuel Mackerness Goode 
Samuel Mackerness was born on September 2nd, 1795. Samuel Mackerness' father was Philip Goode and his mother was Rebekah Hayes. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Goode and Mary Collier; his maternal grandfather was Richard Hayes. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Patrick Gaines, Philip Burwell, Rev. William Henry, Francis Collier, Martha Ann, Elizabeth Rebekah and Harriet Ann. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 30 on June 29th, 1826.General Notes
