Colonel Simon S. Goode 
Colonel Simon S. was born in 1820 in Kentucky. Colonel Simon S.'s father was Richard Goode and his mother was FNU LNU. His paternal grandparents were Major Richard Goode and 1st wife. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William Thomas, Dr. Robert Henry, Richard, Edward, Martha and Mary. He died at the age of 45 in 1865 in Mexico, Missouri.General Notes
