Colonel Edmund Goode

Colonel Edmund was born on May 4th, 1825 in Bedford Co., Va.  Colonel Edmund's father was John Goode and his mother was Ann M. Leftwich.  His maternal grandparents were John Leftwich and Sally Walton. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Robert, Hon. John, William, Samuel, Dr. Reginald Heber, Granville Breckenridge, Sally, Susan, Victoria, Mary Channing and Francis C..  He was the oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 36 in March 1862 in Bedford Co., Va.
