Isabel Graham was born in 1914. Isabel Graham's father was Julian Stuart Carter and her mother was Alice Bowdoin Rush. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Henry Carter and Rosalie Eugenia Calvert. She had a brother and two sisters, named Charles Henry, Alice Temple and Louisa Bowdoin. She was the second youngest of the four children.-
