Benjamin Hooker, Jr. and Ann Frizelle had a daughter Elizabeth, born 18 April 1794 in North Carolina. Elizabeth married John Mills 30 November 1815 in Wilson County, Tennessee. John died young and Elizabeth was second married to Matthew Hancock, son of John Hancock and Jane Skeen.
John Hancock sold his plantation on the Cumberland River in 1819, freed his slaves, and moved his family north to Harrison County, Indiana
Matthew and Elizabeth were part of the migration to Harrison County.
