Dan Otis was born on March 31st, 1926. Dan Otis' father was Ephraim Marriott Bland and his mother was Josie Ann Dunaway. His maternal grandparents were Otis Dunaway and Donna Martha Coombs. He had a sister named Patsy. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 47 on June 29th, 1973 in Reseda, California.General Notes
