Rachel Viola was born in 1872.  Rachel Viola's father was Henry F. Ivy and her mother was Cynthia P. Creason.  Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Sr. Ivy and Caroline Bush. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named William, Thomas H., Leonard, Seaborn, Ell, Carvey, John Franklin, Charlie Russell, Lena, Nola Cynthia and Jane.  She died at the age of 86 in 1958.  She was buried in Seguin, Texas.
