Jacob de Vaux 
Jacob was born on May 1st, 1678. Jacob's father was Frederick de Vaux and his mother was Hester Tourneur. His maternal grandparents were Jean Daniel Tourneur and Jacqueline de Parises. He had five brothers and eight sisters, named Frederick, Daniel, Abel, Joseph, Benjamin, Rachel, Esther, Susanne, Mary, Leah, Dinah, Judith and Abigail. He was the oldest of the fourteen children.-
