William de Salmesbury 
William was born in 1227 in of Salmesbury, Lancashire, England.1 William's father was Roger de Salmesbury and his mother was Margaret FitzOsbert. His paternal grandfather was Cospatrick de Samlesbury; his maternal grandfather was Walter FitzOsbert. He was an only child. He died about 1256.1
