Joshua was born in 1768 in Grafton, Worcester, MA.1   Joshua's father was Joseph Winchester and his mother was Lucy Harrington. He had a sister named Eunice.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 85 in 1853 in Marlboro, VT.1
