Joseph was born in 1646 in Boston, Suffolk, MA.1 Joseph's father was Robert Walker and his mother was Sarah Leager. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Walker and Margaret Bardsley. He was an only child. He died in Stratford, Fairfield, CT.1
