Caroline Van Gilder 
Caroline was born on February 14th, 1814.1 Caroline's father was Ezekial Van Gilder and her mother was Mary Chapman. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Van Gilder and Mary Thompson. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Warren, Thompson, Levi, Isaac, David, Roxanna, Amy and Mary. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 51 on December 14th, 1865 in , Cape May, NJ.1
