Alfred Thurber

Alfred was born on October 1st, 1833 in , Johnson, RI.¹ Alfred's father was Ira Thurber and his mother was Amey Holloway. His paternal grandparents were Squire Thurber and Catherine Fowle. He had a brother and three sisters, named Ethan, Abby, Harriet Amelia and Eleanor B. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 76 on April 2nd, 1910 in Berkeley, Alameda, CA.¹
