Frederick Allen was born on April 3rd, 1855 in Sacramento, Sacramento, CA.1 Frederick Allen's father was William Russel Stolp and his mother was Lucy Jane Kinley Smith. His paternal grandparents were Frederick Stolp and Janette Willemena Pepper. He had three brothers and five sisters, named George Melvin, Henry Charles, William Russell, Ann Elizabeth, Francis Julia, Janette, Alice Matilda and Ellen Mary. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 49 on February 21st, 1905 in Springfield, Greene, MO.1 -
