Shebna was born in 1658 in North Kingston, RI.1 Shebna's father was Robert Spink and his mother was Alice Howes. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Robert, John, Nicholas, Samuel, Ishmael, Benjamin, Margaret, Sarah and Elizabeth.
