Richard Phelps 
Richard was born in 1580 in England.1 Richard's father was James Phelps and his mother was Jean Unknown. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Thomas, George Giles, Edward, Robert, Alice and Keneline. He was the second youngest of the eight children.
