John Parkhurst 
John was born in 1717 in Elizabethtown, Essex, NJ.1 John's father was Benjamin Parkhurst and his mother was Marcy Thomson. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Parkhurst and Martha Homan. He had a brother named Samuel. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 77 in 1794 in Morristown, Morris, NJ.1
