Obadiah was born in 1694 in Windsor, Hartford, CT.1 Obadiah's father was Obadiah Owen and his mother was Christiana Winchell. His paternal grandparents were John Owen and Rebecca Wade; his maternal grandparents were David Winchell and Elizabeth Filley. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Obadiah, Samuel, Jedediah, Eunice, Martha, Jemina, Christina and Tabitha. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died in 1694 in Windsor, Hartford, CT.1 -
