Robert E. was born in 1868. Robert E.'s father was Peter McMartin and his mother was Ann Storey. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Storey and Jane Hogg. He had four brothers and a sister, named John, Benjamin, Duncan Peter, Henry and Martha. He was the second youngest of the six children. He had a half-sister named Eliza J. He died at the age of 21 on September 22nd, 1889 in Maxwell,, CA.-
