Aaron Matthews 
Aaron was born in 1721 in Wallingford, New Haven, CT.1 Aaron's father was Caleb Matthews and his mother was Elizabeth Hotchkiss. His paternal grandparents were William Matthews and Joanna Jane Unknown; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Hotchkiss and Esther Sperry. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Caleb, Abell, Abner, Jessie, Jessie, Elizabeth and Esther. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 85 in 1806 in CT.1 -
