Bjorn "Ironside" Ragnarsson's father was Ragnar Lodbrock and his mother was Aslaug Sigurdsdottir. His paternal grandparents were Sigurd Hring King of Denmark & Norway and Alfhild Gandolsdottir; his maternal grandfather was Sigur Wolsung. He had two brothers named Ivar "the Boneless" Ragnarsson and Sigurd "Snake-in-Eye". He died after 0859 in (siege of) Paris, France.1 General Notes
