Aidan macGabhran of Argyll was born about 0550.1   Aidan macGabhran of Argyll's father was Gabhran macDomangart King of Dal Riada and his mother was Lleian of Manau of Brechin.  His paternal grandparents were Domangart macFergusso 'Réti' King of Dal Riada and Fedelmia Foltchain; his maternal grandparents were Brychan II of Manau Gododdin Prince of Manau and Ingenach of Strathclyde.  He was an only child.  He died about 0608.1
