John Hotchkiss 
John was born in 1673.1 John's father was John Hotchkiss and his mother was Elizabeth Peck. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Hotchkiss and Elizabeth Cleverly; his maternal grandparents were Henry Peck and Joan Allen. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Joshua, Joseph, Josiah, Caleb, Elizabeth and Ruth. He was the oldest of the seven children.-
