Margrietje Harms

Margrietje was born in 1797 in Neversink, Sullivan, NY.¹   Margrietje's father was Jacob Harms and her mother was Margaret Lomax.  Her maternal grandparents were Charles Lomax and Jane Mogel Hone. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Charles, Jacob A, John, Hanne, Mary, Jenny and Rachel DuPre.  She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
