John Hall 
John was born in 1619 in England.1 John's father was John Hall and his mother was Esther Willocke. He had two brothers and a sister, named Richard, Samuel and Sarah. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 75 in 1694 in Middletown, Middlesex, CT.1
