John Graves 
John was born in 1653 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT.1 John's father was John Graves and his mother was Mary Smith. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Graves and Sarah Whiting; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Smith and Elizabeth Smith Chileab. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Isaac, Daniel, Samuel, Ebenezer, Nathaniel, Mary, Sarah, Elizabeth and Bethiah. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 97 in 1750 in Hatfield, Hampshire, MA.1 -
