Phoebe was born on March 13th, 1801 in Cape May Co, NJ.1 Phoebe's father was Thomas Gandy and her mother was Elizabeth Springer. Her paternal grandparents were John Gandy and Lydia Williams. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named John, Jessie, Amos, Amos, Jessie S, Thomas, Thomas Robinson, Ann, Hannah, Anna, Elizabeth Springer and Deborah. She was the oldest of the thirteen children. She died in Seaville, Cape May, NJ.1 -
