David Galland

David was born on May 10th, 1795 in Marietta, Washington, OH.¹   David's father was Matthew Galland and his mother was Hannah Fenno.  His paternal grandparents were James Galland and Hannah Guilvance; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Fenno and Mary Allen. He had three brothers and a sister, named Abel, Isaac, Matthew and Mary Polly.  He was the second youngest of the five children.  He died at the age of 77 on November 26th, 1872 in Lee, Lee, IA.¹
