James Dyer 
James was born in 1669 in Little Compton, Newport, RI. James' father was Charles Dyer and his mother was Mary Lippett. His paternal grandparents were William Dyer and Mary Barrett. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, Charles, Samuel and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the five children. He died about 1735 in , Bucks, PA.-
