Ruth Flora was born in 1903 in Chicago, Cook, IL.1 Ruth Flora's father was Elias Disney and her mother was Flora Call. Her maternal grandparents were Charles Call and Henrietta Gross. She had four brothers named Herbert, Raymond A, Roy Oliver and Walter Elias. She was the youngest of the five children.-
