Michael Parks Dikeman 
Michael Parks was born on July 12th, 1796 in Butternuts, Otsego, NY. Michael Parks' father was Eli Dikeman and his mother was Zilpha Parks. His paternal grandfather was Thaddeus Dikeman; his maternal grandfather was Michael Parks. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Hiram, William, Eli, Sally, Hannah, Bethiah, Anna and Harriet. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 81 on January 10th, 1878 in Gridleyville, Tioga, NY.-
