Aliva Basset was born in 1241 in Wooten Basset, Wiltshire, England.1 Aliva Basset's father was Philip Basset Lord Basset of Wycombe and her mother was Hawise de Lorraine. Her paternal grandparents were Alan Basset Lord Basset of Wycombe and Aline (Alvira) de Grey; her maternal grandparents were Matthew de Lorraine and Muriel Unknown. She was an only child. She died about April 11th, 1281 in Spain.1 -
