Jane Crane 
Jane was born in 1724 in Cranetown, Essex, NJ.1 Jane's father was Nathaniel Crane and her mother was Elizabeth Gibson. Her paternal grandparents were Azariah Crane and Mary Treat; her maternal grandparents were William Gibson and Elizabeth Thompson. She had three brothers and two sisters, named William, Noah, Nathaniel, Elizabeth and Mehitable. She was the second youngest of the six children.-
