Peter was born in 1638 in Newbury, Essex, MA.1 Peter's father was John Cheney and his mother was Martha Parrat. His paternal grandparents were John Cheney and Elizabeth Unknown. He had three brothers and six sisters, named John, Daniel, Nathaniel, Mary, Martha, Sarah, Lydia, Hannah and Elizabeth. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died in Newbury, Essex, MA.1 -
