Thomas was born in 1664 in Andover, Essex, MA.1 Thomas' father was Thomas Chandler and his mother was Hannah Brewer. His paternal grandparents were William Chandler and Agnes Bayford; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Brewer and Joanna Unknown. He had four brothers and a sister, named John, William, Henry, Joseph and Hannah. He was the third youngest of the six children.-
