Sophrona Craig was born on April 7th, 1854 in , Washington, PA.1 Sophrona Craig's father was Cephas Cary and her mother was Mary Mitchenor. Her paternal grandparents were Abel Cary and Eunice Woodruff. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Marcena M, Jesse W, Sarah Jane and Mary Elizabeth. She was the third oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 53 on October 5th, 1907.1 -
