Marvis Levon was born on March 12th, 1910.1 Marvis Levon's father was Charles Everett Briscoe and her mother was Shirley E Stolp. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Charles Stolp and Alice Unknown. She had two brothers and a sister, named Merritt S, Charles Caroldean and Lois Shirley. She was the oldest of the four children.-
