Leota Bliss 
Leota was born in 1904.1 Leota's father was Henry Ward Bliss and her mother was Florence Rachael Tubbs. Her paternal grandparents were Philenzo Payne Bliss and Catherine Louise Totman. She had a brother and four sisters, named Leslie, Florence, Florence, Edith and Madeline. She was the third youngest of the six children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Rolland Andrews, Frank Philenzo and Elva Bernice.-
