Thomas Benton 
Thomas was born in 1622 in Epping, Essex, England.1 Thomas' father was John Benton and his mother was Mary Southernwood. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Benton and Mary Unknown. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Andrew, John, Marie and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the five children.
