Joseph Beckwith 
Joseph was born in 1715 in East Haddam, Middlesex, CT.1 Joseph's father was Nathaniel Beckwith and his mother was Sarah Brockway. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Beckwith and Martha Unknown; his maternal grandparents were Wolston Brockway and Hannah Briggs. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Job, Nathaniel, Stephen, Jerusha, Sarah and Patience. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 94 in 1809 in East Haddam, Middlesex, CT.1 -
