John Allen 
John was born in 1659 in Ipswich, Essex, MA.1 John's father was Edward Allen and his mother was Sarah Kimball. His maternal grandparents were Richard Kimball and Ursula Scott. He had a brother named Edward. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 45 in 1704.1 -
