Milo de Courtenay was born in 1069 in Courtenay, Loriet, France.1 Milo de Courtenay's father was Josceline de Courtenay sn de Courtenay and his mother was Isabel de Montlhery. His paternal grandparents were Athon de Courtenay sn de Courtenay and de Courtenay; his maternal grandparents were Guy de Montlhery sn de Montlhery and Hodierne de Gometz la Ferte. He had a half-brother named Milo. He died at the age of 58 in 1127 in France.1 General Notes
